All of the products are handcrafted, all stages from cutting to sanding, painting to packaging are carried out in our own workshop. So, we can always provide parts support for your products that are damaged, broken or malfunctioning during the transportation phase or later.

Pet furniture products are sent to you in a parcel, in a carefully packed form, except for non-standard models. Products are sent in disassembled form. A standard product consists of approximately 21 pieces, but don't worry, each product has labels. Also, the installation video link and a installation quide will be sent to you by message. We are sure that you will have fun while installing.
